Our Commitment To Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
ORDER PROCESSING Your order will be processed immediately upon placement, and an authorization will be taken on your credit card for the amount of the order. For your protection as well as ours, we thoroughly screen every order for possible fraud. This may include a phone call to the telephone number on file with your credit card issuer to verify the order.
The majority of products will be shipped within three (3) business days. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within this time, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied on your order, and an ETA will be communicated accordingly.
ORDER CANCELLATION If your order has not shipped we can cancel your order for any reason. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 512-494-9252 with the following information. • Your order number • Your name and address • A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours • The item you would like to return • A reason for why you would like to cancel (i.e. purchased elsewhere, changed mind) If your order has already shipped please see below for Return Merchandise instructions. Your credit card or other means of payment will be generally be refunded within 3 business days.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS We ship all orders securely packed in sturdy packaging. However, from time to time, items may be damaged in transit. Therefore, you must inspect your shipment for damage before accepting it. If damage is evident, be sure to open the box and thoroughly inspect your item prior to accepting the shipment. If you discover shipping damage after you have accepted a shipment you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE You have thirty (30) days from the date of shipment to return an item. After 30 days returns are subject to a restock fee of 20% unless specified otherwise. After 60 days all sales are final and you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
To return an item, please do the following:
Email our customer service department at email@example.com and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for all returned merchandise; without one, there may be a long delay in processing your return. Your email must contain the following information: • Your order number • Name order placed under (very important) and address • A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours • The item you would like to return • A detailed description of the problem • A request for either an exchange or a refund Once you receive your RMA number, please store it for future reference.
Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags, warranty cards, and any attachments. All products must be complete, unused, and undamaged. Used, damaged, previously owned and custom products cannot be returned.
Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the item back to Austin Tri-Cyclist via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
If we shipped you a wrong item, we will exchange it at no cost. To expedite this and ship the item out right away, we offer a rapid exchange program where we charge your credit card for the replacement item and ship it to you immediately. We then refund your card when we receive the original item in good condition. No restock fee applies. Otherwise we will ship the new item out after we receive the original shipment back.
All returns are subject to a restock fee of 20% after 30 days. After 60 days, all sales are considered final, and there can be no refunds or exchanges. Additionally, if a part has been used or altered in any way, the sale is final, and the item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS Your credit card will be refunded (less any applicable restocking and/or shipping fees) within five (5) business days of our receiving your cancellation notice or returned merchandise. Please note that your credit card issuer may take additional time to return the funds to your account.
EXCHANGES Please following the following steps for an exchange:
1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 512-494-9252. Please include the following information in your email. • Your order number
• Name order placed under (very important) and address
• A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours
• The item you would like to return
• A detailed description of the exchange requested
2. After receiving the email or telephone call a customer service representative (CSR) will assign you an RMA to have the item shipped back. The CSR will then get the information for the item you would like to exchange it for and check availability. If there is a difference in price the CSR will ask for payment information to refund or charge the difference. The customer will also receive a request for payment for reshipment of new product.
3. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Austin Tri-Cyclist in its original condition including all tags.
4. Once the shipment is received by Austin Tri-Cyclist we will reship the item requested for exchange. (Payment of reshipment must be received before the new product can ship.)
WARRANTY All original manufacturer warranties apply. We offer absolutely no warranties, implied or otherwise, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
